About the Job

The Project Manager will partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, system integrators, and site leadership to deliver projects that improve operational efficiency, standardization, compliance, and scalability across the enterprise.

Primary tasks and responsiblities:

  • Lead ERP-related projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
  • Manage full lifecycle ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and migration programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and IS.

The SAP Business Analyst assigned to the described security role works closely with Process Owners, Business Process Engineers, SAP Business Analysts, System Owners of related systems, Auditors, Internal Controls as well as other stakeholders

Your Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and internal & external regulatory rules concerning system security, roles & privileges
  • Work closely with Process Engineers, Subject Matter Experts from business and the Compliance Office in order to translate their requirements into auditable SAP authorizations and processes, close to SAP standard and best practices

The primary business-critical application currently in use is JDE World Software A7.3 Cum 6 for APAC (BUSAK1) and Cum12 for Europe, operating in “Display Only” mode.

The role involves performing technical analysis of business requests and issue resolution in close collaboration with the Business Analyst team. Change Requests will be managed through the defined process, with activities planned and executed according to the applicable roles and responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining technical documentation with a strong focus on quality standards and audit compliance requirements. The role also requires coordination with external vendors regarding technical updates, enhancements, and system/application releases.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements and organizational goals. The role will also support other iSeries applications, including BPCS, across Trelleborg sites.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take technical responsibility for assigned applications and systems such as iSeries and Anton.
  • Create and maintain User Requests while ensuring compliance with audit rules, approvals, and traceability requirements.
