About the Job

As our new Controller/Analyst, you will play a central role in managing and following up on both monthly financial and non‑financial performance. Working closely with our global finance and operational teams, you will ensure that reporting is accurate, reliable, and delivered on time. You will also challenge stakeholders constructively to drive improvements and strengthen the overall quality of our processes and insights.

Your main tasks include;

Support month-end reporting and help to ensure adherence to timeline and high data quality
Accountable for finance forecasting process and forecast consolidation
Assist in follow-up on non-financial KPI reporting (e.g. Sustainability and Excellence)
Drive optimization of our performance management review process (e.g. improve our commercial reviews and enhance insights into product profitability)
Follow-up on internal controls framework, statutory reporting and legal requirements and help to align systems/processes where applicable
Explore opportunities and drive implementation of Robotics in the finance function
Provide data and analysis to support business decisions
Actively make suggestions for improvements in finance processes and tasks

About the Ideal Candidate

A positive can-do attitude and strong drive to improve and deliver results. You set the bar high for yourself and you are curious, accurate and committed.

You are comfortable with a lot of stakeholder contact in different countries and you can keep track of many different initiatives at once. The ability to communicate and liaise with different business stakeholders is key to success. Another very important aspect of this role is the ability to deliver within deadlines by keeping a steady pace.

We believe that you have a relevant University degree and up to 3 years of work experience from similar roles. It‘s an advantage if you have worked in manufacturing companies before.
