About the Job

As a Customer Service Representative you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, order processing, and issue resolution. This position requires a customer centric approach, technical understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to delivering service excellence in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Efficiently process and manage customer orders.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and helping in a professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and discrepancies promptly, collaborating with internal teams for effective solutions.
  • Quotation and Pricing: Generate accurate and timely price quotations, considering production costs, pricing policies, and customer agreements.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor and track the status of customer orders, keeping clients informed of any changes, delays, or issues that may impact delivery schedules.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the company's product offerings, specifications, and updates to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancements.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, cost efficiencies, and improved service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, contributing to the continuous development.
  • Timely Reporting: Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on customer service metrics.
  • Other Duties: Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested to support business objectives.


What you bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some positions may require an associate or bachelor's degree, especially if specialized technical knowledge is needed.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Comfort working in an office environment that may involve out-of-hours working to accommodate time zone variations when needed.

Master Data Specialist (m/w/d)

Ihre Mission:
Als Inhaber dieser Stelle sind Sie die treibende Kraft hinter der Sicherstellung der Qualität, der Vollständigkeit und Konsistenz von Stammdaten im ERP- oder MDM-System, um effiziente Geschäftsprozesse und verlässliche Analysen zu ermöglichen. 
Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Qualitätssicherung von Material-, Kunden- Lieferanten- oder Produktstammdaten.
  • Erfassung und Prüfung neuer Datensätze.
  • Durchführung regelmässiger Plausibilitäts- und Dublettenprüfungen.
  • Umsetzung von Änderungsvorgängen inklusive Freigabeprozessen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen (Einkauf, Vertrieb, Produktion, Logistik, Finanzen).
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Stammdatenprozessen.
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports zur Datenqualität.
  • Mitwirkung an Migrations- oder Harmonierungsprojekten. 
  • Fertigungsprozesse, auf Effizienz, Qualität und Produktivität mit Six Sigma ToolsTools untersuchen; Probleme in der Produktion zu erkennen, geeignete Optimierungen abzuleiten und Best Practices zu implementieren.
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP -Systemen (z.B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor) Gute Kenntnisse in Stammdatenobjekten (wie Material, Debitor, Kreditor, Stücklisten). Grundkenntnisse in Datenmanagement, Datenqualität und Prozessdokumentation. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
