We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our UK Aerospace team. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the achievement of TSS UK Aerospace objectives.
Reporting to the General Manager, the primary function of this role is to ensure the efficient running of the Customer Services Department and continually striving to improve operating efficiency and effectiveness. To manage, motivate and organise the customer services department in order to always provide the required level of service to the customer.
