Overall responsible for the handling of enquiries, orders, production plan, and deliveries for internal customers
Responsible for project management from Vietnam manufacturing side, recognize the requirement from each project, make sure a correct and effective information exchanging
Understand well and strictly follow up the Group Policy regarding to the section for “Order to Cash “(Evaluate contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies)
Working together with Production, Quality, and Technical, and lead for project review and FAT protocol
Align with the sales strategy, be proactive to take the responsibility for the cooperation and implementation in factory, seek for improvement to raise up the Customer Satisfaction
Develop and implement projects and logistics plans, schedules and procedures;
Allocate resources to meet targets in areas such as transit and delivery times;
Liaise with functional and operational area managers (for example in customer service, sales and production planning) to ensure that supply and activities are integrated with other parts of the business.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop projects and logistics staff to ensure that resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
Assist for the Customer Complain, help to investigate and well-settled with internal customer
Close cooperation with Production department and arrange production plan in effective way, ensuring on time delivery for compound and final product.
Responsible for delivery and logistics, responsible for import, export, and customs affairs
Manage forwarder selection and ensure compliance with legal requirements and organization policies
Contribute to the creation and implementation of strategy, policies, processes, and procedures & best practice to aid and improve operational performance
Making headcount plan according to business forecast, recruiting & training of operators to meet the need of production (combined effort with HR), measuring operators’ performance and maintaining an effective salary & compensation system; Confers with management and colleagues to solve workers problems, complains and grievance
Close cooperation with other departments, particularly Production, Technical, Purchasing, QEHS, Sales, and Finance departments
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Supply Chain bachelor’s degree or closely related
7 ~ 10 years of relevant manufacturing background (Minimum 2 years of working experience in managerial roles)
Experienced in multinational cultures is an advantage.
High communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Strong stakeholder management skills (internally & externally)
