IT Manufacturing Network Infrastructure Analyst

**This position is located in Warrendale, PA**

The Manufacturing Network Infrastructure Analyst will be Group IT’s Subject Matter Expert - SME - for the Industrial Control System - Operational Technology Networks at Trelleborg group of companies. The Manufacturing Network Infrastructure Analyst utilizes a diverse knowledge of control system network specifications, design, and industry best practices to provide technical support for the interconnections of the IT and OT infrastructure at multiple Trelleborg group sites.  This position will be housed within the Group IT organization and will interface with various Operations Technology teams at Trelleborg group sites.  Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Servicing multiple sites and distributed infrastructure
• Assist in maintaining the corporate standard LAN, WAN, WLAN and Security from both an IT and OT perspective.
• Serve as the Group IT ‘bridge’ between IT Networks and OT Networks to be sure that the requirements of both groups are understood and implemented
• Support to resolve complex issues and escalations to other teams in Group IT and select external vendors.
• Perform documentation, support implementation and adherence of new and/or improved IT and OT processes following Trelleborg IT standards.
• Would be assigned projects in the course of their work.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Industrial Control System/Operational Technology/Information Technology networks.
• Develops Industrial Control System/Operational Technology Network standards and specifications for the interaction of Trelleborg Information Technology/Operational Technology Networks.
• Initiates change management for Industrial Control System/Operational Technology Network where it interfaces with the Trelleborg Information Technology Network 
• Performs Industrial Control System network assets analysis.
• Configures and deploys network hardware including routers, switches and security appliances in an Industrial Controls System environment to be interfaced to the Trelleborg Information Technology Network
• Understands and applies knowledge of Industrial Control System/Operational Technology Network Cyber Security practices and appliances such as patch deployment, anti-virus, Security Information & Event Management (SIEM), backup and disaster recovery.
• Solves Industrial Control System/Operational Technology/Information Technology networking issues working alone or in a team environment with the IT Networking Team
• Continuing education/staying current with Industrial Control System/Operational Technology Network/Information Technology Network designs/standards
• Education of users based on Trelleborg processes to make optimal use of Trelleborg business systems.
• Support implementation of new and/or improved IT processes following Trelleborg IT standards.
• Improvement of personal skills within the area of responsibility.
• Problems, solutions, results of project work as well as any elaborated results within the area of responsibility must be documented in an understandable manner.
• Contribute ideas to improve IT/OT processes/services.
• Work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals.

Requirements:

• BS degree required, a concentration of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Control System/Operational Technology Network experience in a preferably global organisation supporting Multiple Sites.
• CCNA Industrial Certification or other ICS/SCADA Network Certification preferred
• The position requires knowledge and experience with Factory Automation/MES systems. Brands within the Trelleborg environment include (but are not exclusive to):  Allen-Bradley, Omron, Rockwell, Honeywell, Arburg and several others.
• Experience implementing Internet of Things interfaces within an Industrial environment preferred
• Experienced in interacting with and management of external suppliers & service providers.
