We provide support to Industrial and Aerospace clients through our Solihull office, offering local design and service support.
We are seeking a Customer Service to join our UK Industrial Team. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the achievement of TSS UK objectives.
Reporting to the Head of Sales the primary function of this role is to ensure the customer is provided with a first-class service. Developing an extensive knowledge of all aspects of customer service including company objectives, guidelines, procedures & workflows, that are so important in our market.
