About the Job
We are looking for support within the Purchasing Team to help maintain departmental documentation, update logs for imported goods, prepare Excel reports on supplier spend and performance, manage purchase orders for stationery, workwear and consumables, and assist with cost analysis and other ad hoc tasks.
This is a part-time working a flexi-system.
About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be organised, accurate and confident working with data and documentation. They will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once. They should be comfortable using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. They should be able to follow processes carefully, and willing to support the Purchasing team with a positive, proactive attitude. They should be someone who enjoys working collaboratively and taking ownership of their work.
