• Proactively strengthen the business by fostering sustainable growth and financial results for Industrial Americas Business Unit (BU)
• Collaborate with the President and cross functional teams to shape an inclusive business strategy, ensuring team members are engaged, empowered, and aligned with clear, measurable performance outcomes
• Lead, direct and control the financial resources of the BU to maintain the short and long term financial health, whilst maximizing the quality of financial reporting and analysis
• Drive and implement accounting and controlling procedures, programs and business processes for timely monitoring and control the financial performance of the BU
• Continuously strengthen business processes, procedures, and programs by incorporating best practices to enhance overall operational productivity and efficiency
• Support the business in reviewing key business contracts and agreements
• Develop and enforce compliance policies to meet legal and regulatory standards
