We are looking for a Project Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to join our engineering team and support the successful execution of engineering projects. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing electrical design packages, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are completed in line with technical specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop electrical designs including system architecture, electrical schematics, terminal plans, and system block diagrams
• Convert project scope into feasible technical solutions through calculations, system design, and component selection
• Prepare project documentation including technical specifications, interconnection diagrams, BoMs, manufacturing documentation, and as-built documentation
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure design requirements are met during manufacturing and integration
• Configure field instrumentation and communication networks such as Modbus, EtherCAT, and Profibus
• Support PLC and SCADA system development, including functional descriptions, testing, and commissioning
• Assist with system integration, FAT testing, and product validation
• Ensure all engineering designs comply with ISO9001 standards, relevant industry regulations, and internal engineering procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and project teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering, project management, production, and service teams
Requirements
• achelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics & Communication Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, instrumentation, or control systems
• Knowledge of electrical design principles, load calculations, and component specification
• Experience with PLC-based control systems and industrial communication networks
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
