About the Job
As Site & Operations Manager for Witten, you oversee all site operations in line with established plans, with a strong focus on developing and optimizing production processes. The responsibilities include managing production, technical development, planning, maintenance, and facilities. You ensure production targets are met, drive Manufacturing Excellence initiatives and investments, lead the local management team, coach approximately 50 employees to foster continuous improvement and cost-effective operations. Report to the PA Director Silicon.
