About the Role
The Plant Manager is responsible for the day-to day operations in River Falls, WI. The Plant Manager will successfully lead and direct the local operations, engineering, supply chain, maintenance and quality teams. Additionally, the Plant Manager will partner with the business to achieve both short term and long term financial operating goals while aligning with Trelleborg’s Core Values. The Plant Manager will oversee various teams and ensure that the plant meets its production targets and quality standards.
