Responsible for sales strategy development for assigned region and segments and , oversees day to day activities with Regional Sales Managers , coordinating and collaborating with Strategy & Marketing, Market Segment Manager, PLD’s, R&D, SCM and Manufacturing to ensure that targeted customers are served with appropriate service levels.
Manage day-to-day sales programs and activities so that they meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives, comply with regulations and standards, and protect the organization’s public reputation.
Participates as a Core Team member in developing and executing the regional strategy to align with the TSS Global Strategy. Develops strategic relationships with key customers that drive regional growth.
