Trelleborg India Private Limited, (Business Unit: Trelleborg Sealing Solutions) headquartered at Bangalore is a leading sealing solution provider in India. The company with about 800+ employees across India has been successful in creating strong footholds in the Sealing market of the country.
We are seeking a skilled Commercial & Sourcing Engineering to join our team. The role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing a robust supply base for high-quality, precision CNC-turned components. This role involves managing the full vendor lifecycle, from initial sourcing and technical assessment to performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and present management information reports (MIS) on vendor performance, cost savings, and project status.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
5+ years in vendor development, strategic sourcing, or procurement within a manufacturing or automotive setting. Experience with machined parts is mandatory.
Deep understanding of CNC Turning processes, tooling, and materials.
