• Achieve growth objectives for key accounts while driving profitable growth within our Sealing Profiles business
• Build, strengthen, and expand trusted relationships with key customers and prospects—supporting current business and unlocking new opportunities
• Assess market conditions, influence sales strategy, and turn insight into action
• Lead and coordinate sales development using CRM-based systems and the Trelleborg Sales Excellence Program
• Negotiate with confidence and communicate with clarity to deliver win-win outcomes
About the Ideal Candidate

You bring a proven track record of sales growth and new business development, along with the energy and determination to continuously raise the bar. You’re highly proactive, ambitious, and motivated by results—thriving in fast-paced environments where initiative is valued and rewarded.
Your background includes:
• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business
• Minimum five (5) years’ industrial materials sales and/or sales management experience
• Experience in the Building & Construction segment, especially Residential Door & Window market is preferred and considered a plus

COLLABORATION AND REPORTING
You will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely with the Commercial Team (Sales, Marketing, and Product Development). You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Operations including Supply Chain, Production, and Quality.
