Summary of the Role:
This role provides comprehensive leadership across all areas of Human Resources and its functional lifecycle initiatives, including performance management/succession planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment law compliance. The ideal candidate will effectively manage competing priorities while championing employee engagement, fostering a strong company culture, and driving accountability. This position plays a key role in coaching and inspiring leaders at all levels of the organization. This position will support the Supply Chain Management and R&D teams within the Americas.
