As Group Finance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the financial insights that support strategic decision-making across the Trelleborg Group.
Working at the heart of Group Finance, you will combine financial expertise, analytical thinking and modern reporting technology to ensure that executive management and the Board receive accurate, relevant and timely financial information.
This is more than a traditional financial controlling role. As Trelleborg continues to develop its reporting landscape, you will help shape the future of financial reporting and Business Intelligence by improving processes, driving automation and creating better analytical capabilities. You will work closely with business areas and finance colleagues around the world in a highly visible role with significant opportunities to influence how financial information supports business performance.
Key Responsibilities
You are an analytical finance professional who enjoys transforming complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
You combine strong financial competence with curiosity about systems, data and technology. Rather than simply producing reports, you seek to understand the underlying business drivers and continuously look for ways to improve processes, reporting and decision support.
You thrive in an international environment where collaboration, quality and continuous improvement are highly valued. You communicate confidently with stakeholders at different organizational levels and are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail.
Most importantly, you are proactive, business-oriented and motivated by creating value through high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
