Trelleborg Antivibration Solutions creates shock, noise and suspension solutions that are tailored to their specific environments. Taking your project from concept, through manufacturing, to testing and installation, our expert polymer engineers are on hand to keep your operations running smoothly, safely and efficiently.
About the Job
Your tasks will include.
· Creation of quality inspection plans in the ERP system
· Execution and evaluation of random inspections of serial parts
· Carrying out quality checks in all areas
· Processing of detected deviations within production and internal complaints
· Creation of measurement programs on all measuring machines, creation of measurement strategies
· Carrying out metrological tests (series, special and initial sample tests)
· Measurements for Initial Sample Inspections
· Measurements during on-site acceptance tests by the customer
· Optimization of test plans and test processes
· Assessment of complained parts and cooperation in the prosecution of remediation measures
· Contact person for production and related areas in case of problems
· Coordination and prioritization of test lot acceptances and measurement tasks
· Preparation of internal complaints and special approvals
About the Ideal Candidate
Your profile:
· Completed vocational training in a technical profession
· Many years of experience in the field of quality assurance or quality management
· Good knowledge of the ERP system / SAP R3
· Experience in dealing with manufacturing processes and production procedures in the rubber industry
· Training as a measurement technician
