ROLE SUMMARY
The China Digital Marketing & Operations Lead is responsible for driving digital marketing effectiveness, demand generation, lead management, marketing analytics and operational excellence across the China market. The role ensures that digital channels, marketing technology, reporting structures and lead generation activities effectively support customer awareness, opportunity creation and business growth while maintaining alignment with global marketing standards and governance.
The position serves as the focal point for digital marketing execution, website management, AI visibility, campaign performance measurement, CRM alignment and marketing operations. Working closely with Sales, Product Areas and Global Marketing stakeholders, the role translates business priorities into measurable digital marketing outcomes and sustainable operational processes.
