As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, identifying needs, and delivering sealing solutions that support a wide range of industries. This position partners with customers daily to promote and sell sealing and cylinder components—including rod/tube and seals—across cylinder OEM, automotive OEM, oil and gas, food, beverage, water, instrumentation, and utility markets. A primary focus of the role is reconnecting with customers whose sales have declined, rebuilding engagement, and uncovering opportunities to grow their business.

This is a fully commission-based position. We guarantee a minimum of $10 per hour, however most Inside Sales Representatives earn between $85,000 and $110,000 per year.
