We are looking for a Global M&A Analyst to join our growing M&A team and support the identification, evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities across the business.
Working closely with the Global M&A Director and senior stakeholders, you will gain exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, from target evaluation and due diligence through transaction execution and post-acquisition integration.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA-qualified professional seeking their first move into industry. A strong accounting foundation, commercial mindset and genuine interest in corporate finance and acquisitions are critical to success in the role.
You are intellectually curious, commercially minded and eager to learn. You enjoy analysing businesses, working with financial information and solving complex problems. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and operating in a dynamic environment.
