Rollen innebär både ett operativt och ett utvecklingsinriktat arbete nära produktion, teknik och övriga stödfunktioner.
Om rollen
Som kvalitetstekniker arbetar du med att säkerställa att våra produkter och processer uppfyller kundkrav, interna standarder och relevanta regelverk. Du driver och stödjer kvalitetsarbetet i verksamheten genom analyser, förbättringsaktiviteter och uppföljning av kvalitetsresultat.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har en teknisk utbildning inom kvalitet, produktion, materialteknik eller motsvarande samt erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete inom tillverkande industri. Du har arbetat med avvikelsehantering, förbättringsarbete och kvalitetsverktyg i en industriell miljö.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från gummi-, plast- eller polymerindustrin samt erfarenhet av kundkontakter och leverantörsuppföljning.
Personliga egenskaper
För att lyckas i rollen är du analytisk, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Du trivs med att driva förbättringsarbete, samarbetar väl med andra och är trygg i att fatta beslut utifrån kvalitetskrav och fakta.
