About the Job
Trelleborg Seals & Profiles is looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager Germany & Belgium and Key Account Manager Europe. In this role, you will develop our business and strengthen our market position, with a particular focus on the building and construction industry. You will also manage selected key accounts across Europe and identify new opportunities in strategically important market segments.
You will be responsible for sales development and growth across Germany and Belgium, while managing selected major European customer groups. Your focus areas will include building and construction, windows, doors, façades, ventilation, industrial applications, related OEMs and distributors.
You will develop and implement sales plans aligned with our overall European market development and marketing strategy. Working independently and in close collaboration with colleagues across Europe, you will actively identify new business opportunities, develop key customer relationships and contribute to profitable growth.
About the Ideal Candidate
We believe you have:
Experience from the windows, doors or façade market, including wood, aluminium or PVC applications, would be particularly valuable. Knowledge of polymer sealing solutions, or previous experience with a gasket producer, system supplier or specialist distributor, would be an advantage.
