ROLL OCH UPPGIFTER
Som maskinoperatör arbetar du med flera steg i tillverkningen av cylinderfodertätningar.
I arbetet ingår bland annat:
Du arbetar i ett mindre team där ni roterar mellan arbetsuppgifterna. Det ger variation i arbetet och möjlighet att lära dig flera delar av produktionen. Tillsammans planerar ni arbetet, hjälper varandra och ser till att produktionen håller rätt kvalitet och tempo. Arbetet kommer att vara på 3-skift eller 5-skift.
KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har gymnasieutbildning och innehar B-körkort. Vi tror att du trivs i en produktionsmiljö och tycker om att arbeta praktiskt.
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara:
Erfarenhet från industri, produktion, CNC-operatör eller annat arbete som maskinoperatör är meriterande. Det viktigaste är att du har rätt inställning, vill lära dig och tar ansvar för ditt arbete.
