Marketing Communications Specialist Medical (m/w/d)


Your tasks:

  • Concept development, planning, coordination and execution of internal and external digital events to a regional audience
  • Content development for digital channels including email communications, Social Media, and PR
  • Coordination and support of entire marketing communication project life cycle – from a scheduling, timing, execution and cost perspective
  • Coordination & support of trade shows and live events
  • Support of external and internal marketing campaigns
  • Support Trelleborg Medical Solutions stakeholders in the use of web conferencing platforms
  • Support Trelleborg Medical Solutions commercial teams with regional marketing communication activities

Your Profile:

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years, ideally 5+ of qualified work experience in the area of B2B marketing communications, in particular digital and event communications
  • Experience in digital content cration
  • Experience in coordination of and working with external suppliers and agencies
  • Marketing agency background, global industrial brand knowledge and virtual event experiences
  • Concept development, coordination & support of trade shows and live events

Your tasks:

  • Set out the marketing communication strategy to provide support to Medical growth globally
  • Identify the correct areas of investment and activity for Marketing Communications
  • Identify the shows and exhibitions to attend to extract the maximum value for the business
  • Use technology to further push the medical marketing communications footprint
  • Develop content for digital channels including SEO / GEO
  • Develop the Medical Social Media strategy globally
  • Develop the Trelleborg Medical brand

Your Profile:

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years, ideally 5+ of qualified work experience as well as knowledge in the area of B2B marketing communications
  • Several years of experience in an agency would be an asset
  • Experience organizing events
  • Experience in coordination of and working with external suppliers and agencies globally
  • Coordination and support of entire marketing project life cycle – from a scheduling, timing, execution and cost perspective

About the Job

As the marketing executive you will be responsible for supporting the PA Gas Transfer marketing agenda by delivering hands-on marketing activity aligned to local business priorities, sales needs and BU Marketing strategy. The role will gather and translate business and sales requirements into relevant marketing campaigns, content, events and digital activity, supporting lead generation, customer engagement and commercial growth while ensuring alignment with global brand, campaign direction and marketing stand


About your responsibilities

  • Support the PA Gas Transfer marketing agenda, aligned to local business, sales needs and BU Marketing strategy.
  • Translate sales and business needs into campaigns, content, events and digital activity.
  • Deliver hands-on campaign execution, events, collateral, website/LinkedIn updates and follow-up.
  • Support customer engagement, lead generation and sales enablement activity.
  • Work with BU Marketing to ensure brand consistency, campaign alignment and approved messaging


What you bring

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within energy, engineering, industrial, or marine sectors
  • Experience managing exhibitions and events including events budgeting and analysis
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, CRM systems, Canva)
  • Experience creating marketing assets including brochures, presentations, and campaign materials

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively manage marketing communication channels
