Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Technology, or Business Administration.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Czech (spoken and written).
  • Experience: Proven experience in General Management, with couple of years of professional experience working with technical products and sales.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to empower and motivate teams, set a clear vision, and guide employees toward achieving organizational goals.
